Ok, so as many of you know, I came down with a pretty bad kidney infection this past week. Well, as a result, a massive paper (worth 45% of my overall grade)hasn't been started and today, i was incredibly nervous about what the professor would say.
Well, he said this:
"Danielle, shit happens, you're a hard worker so i'm going to let you take your time and recover before i let you worry about this paper...you'll get a withheld for the class until you turn it in and you have a year to do so."
Normally, a WH would not be something i'd be proud of, especially since this is my first ever but in this case, i'm extatic.
God bless Dr. M. G.!

That's great that you have such an understanding professor.

I'm sorry youve been so sick. I knew you weren't feeling well, but I hadn't heard the reason. Good luck.

Oo, Danielle. That was extremely kind of him! I'm glad he's letting you still turn it in. Woohoo!

Awww, feel better, honey. Sounds like an awesome professor you have. I could definitely use a few of those. The only one I had who was like that won't be back next semester. Good luck getting the paper done.

Awwwww, Danielle. Though I've never had one, a kidney infection can't be fun. it's good to hear you've such a kind, understanding professor. I hope you soon recover, and wish you look in all that relates to your paper.

Danielle, that's great and I hope you get to feeling better quickly.

As my Grandma used to say "angels wear all sorts of faces." Sounds like your professor had his angel face on that day.
